The Grand Avenue Gentle Dental is conveniently located in the Surprise Marketplace on W. Grand Avenue near W. Bell Road, between Target and Lowe’s. We offer flexible hours for your convenience, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays by appointment. We accept most insurance plans. For those without dental insurance, we offer a Gentle Dental Smile Plan that provides low-cost preventive and diagnostic care, as well as discounts of 20 percent or more on all dental treatments. We also have payment plans available as needed.
