Established in 1998. East Bay Family Dentistry located in the Frutivale Village complex. The office has gone through a muliple of owners. The current owner purchased this office in 2021 and has taken the time and expense to improve the office by taking comments on yelp serious. It has taken us about a year to make the improvement the patients are looking for. Meet the Business Owner: Hello, my name is Poonam Rani, I am the regional supervisor/dentist of East Bay Family Dentistry and have been in the dental industry for over 20 years. Many of the complaints I have read are in regards to pricing and customer service. We have made major changes in the office to respond to the customer service issues and are welcoming walk-ins.
