Dr. Estelle Hweiwan Liou has been practicing at Orange Grove Dental for the past twelve years. She specializes in Children's Dentistry including oral sedation. She have successfully completed over 36,000 oral sedation cases. She is board certified in Pediatric Dentistry and utilizes the latest techniques in digital radiology. Dr. Estelle Hweiwan Liou is a Board certified diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. USC grad.
