Please remember that we require a minimum of two full working days notice, should you not be able to keep an appointment. If you are using insurance, please have your card available when you call. If a patient wishes to use insurance, we must have this information available before we see you, as many insurances are horrible to deal with, and it can take us hours to verify your plan benefits.
