Walnut Family Dental (Clark & Eldredge Dental) is a dental office in Corvallis, Oregon that has a history of seeing patients in the area for more than 20 years (although under a different name- Curtis Clark DMD). There are now two doctors: Lane Nebeker and David Eldredge. We provide all general dental services including dental implants, Invisalign (clear aligner orthodontics), teeth whitening, and same day crowns.
