We are a family-owned, quaint private dental office located in Houston’s Southwest District. The office is a unique 1950’s home converted into a dental office in 1980 by Dr. Sy Van Pham. He was one of the first Vietnamese dentists to own a practice in Houston and has been treating generations of patients for the last 40+ years. His daughter, Dr. Diana M. Pham, is a maxillofacial prosthodontist & has chosen to help transition her father to retirement. She remodeled the office in June 2023 & updated all the equipment & technology. Our office is now fully digital & includes digital radiographs, CBCT, intraoral scanner, 3D printing, & more. We are excited for the future of the practice & look forward to creating new memories!
