  “She is expensive and over charge you. I showed her my medical card which shows my office copay of $40. She still made me pay $56.I called almost 30 times and threatened her with filing a complaint against her before she refunded me $16.
  She is an expert on getting the most money from the insurance company. She made our case as emergency, but it is not. She just want to collect the most money. At the end of the consultation with her, she told us if we wanted to use her service, we had to have the second consultation, which costs a little less than the first one.
  She is not experienced as she claims. Her consultation took 2 hours. She had to put down every word of what the other two doctors we visited before. I had to slow down so she could not miss any. At the end, she just summarized what other doctors said as her treatment plan. The doctor we used took only 10 minutes to come up with the treatment plan. He contracts with the hospital for this kind of injuries.
  She is expensive, yet her tiny clouded office in Pasadena looks like a storage with few old, worn out furniture which looks like from the garage sale. She exams patients there. She saves money with sacrificing patients' health and safety according to the people worked for her. It makes you think what other corners she cut to save money for herself and does she follow medical standard in her practice?”

  AVOID THIS DOCTOR! UNETHICAL!

  “AVOID THIS DOCTOR. He and the staff are unethical. I went to Dr. Pradel for a consultation for a procedure. The doctor kept me waiting for 90 minutes. While I waited, the staff called my insurance to see what I was eligible for -- they then tried to get me to authorize forms saying I needed xrays and other unnecessary procedures, before I had even met the doctor! I said I didn't want to sign authorization forms or get expensive xrays until I met the doctor. The staff said just get them because they are covered by your insurance anyway! The staff said It's doctor Pradel's procedure that we bill everything to your insurance that you are eligible for. I promptly left the office in search of an ethical doctor concerned with serving patients, rather than making money off of insurance companies.”
