  “John Freeman's office has multiple complaints with the BBB, Including my own, for refusal to refund the patient once the health insurance has paid them. He is not BBB accredited and I would NEVER go to or let anyone in my family go to this dentist.”

  “They made me pay 170 up front and then billed my dental insurance and received a payment. The payment from my Insurance was received in November and they have still not sent me my refund check. (It's January) When I contact them I am told the Lady that does refund checks only works nights and I get the run around. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!! They will make you and your insurance pay and not refund you!”
